Šiestym autorom, ktorého sme oslovili pre druhé číslo X, je Monogramista T.D. Výtvarník, pedagóg a literát sa v našom výbere ocitol najmä v súvislosti s témou myslenie. Ako sám povedal, nevníma seba ako autora, ktorý sa prezentuje kresbami v podobe výsledného artefaktu. Známe sú skôr jeho maľby, objekty a akcie. Kresba však v jeho tvorbe zohráva nezastupiteľnú úlohu a je neviditeľne prítomná v jeho dielach. Monogramistu T.D. sme navštívili v jeho ateliéri na Koceľovej, kde nám dovolil nahliadnuť do svojej autorskej dielne, ktorá pozostáva z množstva obalov so starostlivo uchovanými kresbami. Kresby mapujú autorovo myslenie od šesťdesiatych rokov po súčasnosť. Tvoria ich rôzne návrhy na objekty, akcie (často nezrealizované), slovné a typografické hry, ktoré očaria svojou bezprostrednosťou. Ich čaro spočíva najmä v tom, že ich autor nezamýšľal vystavovať, vďaka čomu sú úprimnou sondou do jeho myslenia. One of the six authors who appear in the second edition of the X Magazine is Monogramista T.D. We have decided to introduce works of this artist, pedagogue and writer particularly in relation to the topic of thinking. As he says, he does not see himself as an author who presents drawings in the form of the resulting artifact. He is particularly known for his paintings, objects and actions. However, drawing plays a vital role in his artwork and is inconspicuously present in his creations. We visited Monogramista T.D. in his studio in Koceľova Street, where we could view his authorial work consisting of a number of folders with carefully preserved drawings. Drawings are mapping the author's thinking from the sixties to the present time. They consist of various designs of objects, actions (some of them never happened), verbal and typographic games, which are fascinating thanks to their immediacy. They are charming mainly because of the fact that the author did not intend to exhibit them and that is what makes them a sincere insight into his thinking. Our magazine will bring you eight author’s drawings in the form of postcards. He fully revealed his relationship to drawing in our interview that can be found in the print edition of the magazine.
